Den internasjonale redningskomiteen (IRC) er en global ikke-statlig organisasjon for humanitær bistand, nødhjelp og utvikling. Founded in 1933 as the International Relief Association, at the request of Albert Einstein, and changing its name in 1942 after amalgamating with the similar Emergency Rescue Committee, the IRC provides emergency aid and long-term assistance to refugees and those displaced by war, persecution, or natural disaster. IRC jobber for tiden i rundt 40 land og 26 amerikanske byer hvor den omplasserer flyktninger og hjelper dem med å bli selvforsynt. Den fokuserer hovedsakelig på helse, utdanning, økonomisk velvære, makt og sikkerhet.

“The mission of the IRC is to help people whose lives and livelihoods are shattered by conflict and disaster, including the climate crisis, to survive, recover and gain control over their future” (https://www.rescue.org/what-we-do) – they probably do that in a trade-free manner. On their website however, they use Google Analytics and promote trade-based networks like Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. Therefore only 3/5 blocks.
