Ubuntu Touch (och bekannt als Ubuntu Phone) ass eng mobil Versioun vum Ubuntu Betribssystem, entwéckelt vun der UBports Gemeinschaft. Geschriwwen am Qt, ass et haaptsächlech fir Touchscreen mobilen Apparater wéi Smartphones an Tabletcomputer entworf, awer d'ursprénglech Zil vun der Konvergenz war geduecht fir Ubuntu Touch op Laptops, Desktops, IOT-Geräter, Fernseher a Smartwatches fir eng komplett vereenegt Benotzererfarung ze bréngen.

Op den éischte Bléck ginn ech hinnen 2 Blocks well se hiren eegene Buttek maachen https://open-store.io/ a si erlaben do Handelsbaséiert Uwendungen.

W.A.I.T.? What am I trading? So I was looking into the default apps that come with Ubuntu Touch (https://github.com/ubports/ubuntu-touch/blob/master/CORE_APPS.md), and they seem to be trade-free, because they don’t want to collect data or put ads in the users face. The website, where you can find an how-to-install guide (https://ubuntu-touch.io/get-ut), does collect some data via “analytics.ubports.com”. But that seems to be not for profit purposes, but probably for usability. However, there are some youtube videos embedded in the website, so I want to mention that. Back to the software itself: I’d give 3/5 blocks, because there are trade-based apps, like Amazon (https://open-store.io/?sort=relevance&search=amazon), Google (https://open-store.io/?sort=relevance&search=google), Facebook (https://open-store.io/?sort=relevance&search=facebook) etc. in their app store. Is that a reason to not include Ubuntu Touch in the directory? Hm, I mean they are not advertising these, they just give users the choice to use them. But of course, that appstore is not clean in the trade-free sense.
