국제구조위원회(IRC)는 글로벌 인도주의적 지원, 구호, 개발을 위한 비정부 기구입니다. 1933년 알베르트 아인슈타인의 요청으로 국제구호협회(International Relief Association)로 창설되었으며, 1942년 유사한 긴급구조위원회(Emergency Rescue Committee)와 합병한 후 이름을 변경한 IRC는 난민과 전쟁, 박해, 자연재해로 인해 집을 잃은 사람들에게 긴급 구호 및 장기 지원을 제공합니다. IRC는 현재 약 40개 국가와 미국 26개 도시에서 활동하며 난민을 재정착하고 자립할 수 있도록 돕고 있습니다. 주로 건강, 교육, 경제적 복지, 전력 및 안전에 중점을 둡니다.

“The mission of the IRC is to help people whose lives and livelihoods are shattered by conflict and disaster, including the climate crisis, to survive, recover and gain control over their future” (https://www.rescue.org/what-we-do) – they probably do that in a trade-free manner. On their website however, they use Google Analytics and promote trade-based networks like Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. Therefore only 3/5 blocks.
