Ingena esikhundleni se-ROM yangokwezifiso i-CyanogenMod, lapho yafakwa khona imfoloko ngoDisemba 2016 ngesikhathi i-Cyanogen Inc. imemezela ukuthi imisa ukuthuthukiswa futhi ivala ingqalasizinda ngemuva kwephrojekthi. Njengoba i-Cyanogen Inc. igcine amalungelo egameni le-Cyanogen, iphrojekthi yenza kabusha imfoloko yayo ngokuthi i-LineageOS.

Ukubuyekezwa kwe I-LineageOS
Lineage OS is only partially free and open-source, that means from what I know, that you can’t really say 100% if there’s some data collection or not. How can we then say it is trade-free? I’d give 2/5 blocks because of that. The preinstalled apps, that LineageOS comes with, are listed here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LineageOS#Preinstalled_apps – I can’t judge if all of them are trade-free, for example if the weather app cLock uses a API from a trade-based service that you need.
