国际救援委员会 (IRC) 是一个全球性人道主义援助、救济和发展非政府组织。应阿尔伯特·爱因斯坦的要求，IRC 成立于 1933 年，当时名为“国际救济协会”，并于 1942 年与类似的紧急救援委员会合并后更名，为难民和因战争、迫害或自然灾害而流离失所的人提供紧急援助和长期援助。 IRC 目前在约 40 个国家和 26 个美国城市开展工作，安置难民并帮助他们实现自给自足。它主要关注健康、教育、经济福祉、电力和安全。

“The mission of the IRC is to help people whose lives and livelihoods are shattered by conflict and disaster, including the climate crisis, to survive, recover and gain control over their future” (https://www.rescue.org/what-we-do) – they probably do that in a trade-free manner. On their website however, they use Google Analytics and promote trade-based networks like Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. Therefore only 3/5 blocks.
