“Just £1 can help deliver treatment for up to 3 people.” (https://schistosomiasiscontrolinitiative.org/our-impact) – so it seems like they provide trade-free medication for people who can’t afford them. They also do collect data and monitor their programs but for medical purposes and not make a profit out of these people: https://schistosomiasiscontrolinitiative.org/monitoring-and-evaluation
