while one certainly can say that the website uses google-analytics, thus we should not include TIPP10 in the trade-free directory, one can also argue that the software can be downloaded for linux for example and used without any trade involved – no trackers, no ads or pro-subscription needed to use TIPP10. Therefor it might be appropriate to include this software but maybe give it just 4 blocks, because of google analytics.
