Direct Relief has strict humanitarian guidelines: “9. Do not discriminate. Deliver aid without regard to race, ethnicity, political or religious affiliation, gender, sexual orientation, or ability to pay.” (https://www.directrelief.org/about/principles/) – this seems like a very trade-free service to people who need help! 5/5 blocks for this.
