Pretende ser un sistema de ficheiros universal para datos populares. Poboouse inicialmente cunha copia de seguridade da baía dos piratas en xaneiro de 2017 e periodicamente engádense novos torrentes desde varios sitios de torrentes. Inclúe un servidor web Torrents.csv autoalloxable, unha busca en liña de comandos e un escáner de cartafoles para engadir torrentes e os seus ficheiros. Torrents.csv só almacenará torrentes con polo menos un sementeiro para manter o ficheiro pequeno, purgarase periodicamente de torrentes non sementados e ordenarase por infohash.

you have control, since you can host it on a torrents.csv webserver – however “torrents.csv will only store torrents with at least one seeder to keep the file small, will be periodically purged of non-seeded torrents, and sorted by infohash”. I’d consider that as the nature of the software and not as a trade. If there are torrents which are non-seeded, then it makes sense to purge them. So the software is trade-free.
