faoi:
Is stór ar líne é Wikimedia Commons (nó go simplí Commons) d’íomhánna saor-úsáide, fuaimeanna, meáin eile agus comhaid JSON. Is tionscadal de chuid Fondúireacht Wikimedia é. Is féidir comhaid ó Wikimedia Commons a úsáid thar gach tionscadal de chuid Wikimedia i ngach teanga, lena n-áirítear Vicipéid, Vicífhoclóir, Vicíleabhair, Wikivoyage, Vicíspeicis, Wikisource, agus Wikinews, nó iad a íoslódáil le húsáid lasmuigh den láthair. Ó mhí na Bealtaine 2020, tá breis agus 61 milliún comhad meán saor in aisce sa stór, arna mbainistiú agus in eagar ag oibrithe deonacha cláraithe. I mí Iúil 2013, shroich líon na n-athruithe ar Commons 100,000,000.

Léirmheas ar Cómhaoin Wikimedia
Well, so the website is trade-free, as it does not want anything from me. Trade-free content should be free of any license nonsense, since any kind of license is a form of trade, right – (you are only allowed to use that picture IF you credit the guy/girl who took the picture). That’s trade-nonsense. Wikimedia Commons have some different licenses (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Reusing_content_outside_Wikimedia), but I guess most of them are pretty trade-free. A website about only trade-free media with no strings attached at all would be awesome!
