Beaker Browser is a free and open-source web browser currently in development by Blue Link Labs. Beaker Browser peer-to-peer technology allows users to self-publish websites and web apps directly from the browser, without the need to set up and administrate a separate web server or host their content on a third-party server. All files and websites are transferred using Dat, a hypermedia peer-to-peer protocol which allows files to be shared and hosted by several users. The browser also supports the HTTP protocol to connect to traditional servers. Beaker Browser is built using the Electron framework and therefore uses the Chromium browser as a renderer for webpages.

Léirmheas ar Brabhsálaí Eascra
Brabhsálaí le roinnt uirlisí an-suimiúil atá cosúil le bheith saor ó thrádáil. Mar sin féin b’fhéidir go bhfaighfinn 2 shaincheist ar féidir iad a mheas mar bhratacha dearga:
1. sna socruithe (eascra: //settings/#general) cumasaítear anailísíocht de réir réamhshocraithe, rud a chiallaíonn go seolfar roinnt faisnéise uair sa tseachtain, mar:
– ID gan ainm
– Do Eascra leagan, e.g. 0.8.10
– Do chóras oibriúcháin, m.sh. Windows 10
2. úsáideann siad duckduckgo mar an t-inneall cuardaigh réamhshocraithe (https://www.directory.trade-free.org/duckduckgo/) agus níor aimsigh mé bealach chun é sin a athrú.
Cé nach measfaidh mé an chéad phointe mar thrádáil, toisc gur cosúil go bhfuil na sonraí gan ainm agus go bhfuil gá leo chun feabhsuithe teicniúla a dhéanamh, tharraingfinn 1 bloc siar mar gheall ar an 2ú pointe. Mar sin 4/5 bloic.
