/e/ (formerly Eelo) is a free and open-source Android-based mobile operating system and associated online services. The operating system is a fork of LineageOS and Android. The custom firmware is developed by the /e/ Foundation, which was founded by French entrepreneur Gaël Duval. /e/ is presented as privacy software that does not contain proprietary Google apps or services, and challenges the public to “find any parts of the system or default applications that are still leaking data to Google.

Pagsusuri ng /e/OS
Bibigyan ko sila ng 1 block dahil ina-advertise nila ang kanilang mga bayad na serbisyo sa cloud sa kanilang OS mismo. Nagbibigay nga sila ng 10GB nang libre, ngunit kailangan mong magbayad nang higit pa. Ito ay isang trade-free Operating System pa rin.

Pagsusuri ng /e/OS
Ito ay maaaring isang operating system na walang bisa ng Google, ngunit hindi namin alam kung ito ay walang bisa sa mga kalakalan. Bilang halimbawa: Inilista rin nila ang app na ito mula sa google play store (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fivestars.womenworkout.femalefitness&gl=US) sa kanilang app store (maaari kang maghanap ng “female fitness” dito: https://e.foundation/e-os-available-applications/) at ang app na ito ay may ilang mga tracker (https://reports.exodus-privacy.eu.org/en/reports/246048/) – kaya magkaroon ng kamalayan diyan. Hindi namin masusuri kung trade-free ang lahat ng app sa kanilang app store.
