Funkwhale as part of the fediverse (https://fediverse.party/) is another one of these decentralized networks which seem to be trade-free, as they don’t collect your data and put ads on their website. How does it work? You create an account on a pod (sometimes called “server” or “instance”;), which will be your home and then you can interact with other people regardless of which pod they are using.(https://funkwhale.audio/#get-started)
