They “want to give everyone proper access to all physical, psychological and social healthcare based on the needs and cooperation of communities”. They seem similar like Doctors without Borders and interestingly, the origins of Doctors of the World lay with Doctors without Borders, as it says in their Wikipedia article. So I give 5 bars, because it seems like they help people for the sake of helping them and not because they want anything in return.
